Accuracy
Corrections
We aim to fix material mistakes quickly and transparently. This page explains what belongs in a correction request and what to expect after you write in.
What to include
- The exact URL of the profile, company page, or article.
- A concise description of the error (wrong number, wrong title, wrong date, etc.).
- A link or citation to a primary source (SEC filing, issuer press release, exchange notice) when applicable.
What we treat as a correction
Yes: incorrect factual statements we presented as settled fact (e.g., wrong CEO tenure, mis-stated acquisition date, wrong ticker mapping).
Usually no formal correction note: routine market moves that change net worth intraday, refreshed charts, or wording tweaks that do not change factual claims.
SLA
We triage inbox items within a few business days. Material legal or compliance issues are escalated immediately. You may also use the “Report a correction” affordance on article and profile footers where present.
Contact email is listed in the site footer when configured. For process questions, see editorial standards.
