Early Life and Education
Victor Pinchuk was born in Kyiv, Ukrainian SSR, on December 14, 1960. He graduated with honors from the Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute in 1983 and earned a Ph.D. degree in 1987. He started his career as a research engineer in pipe production.
Rise to Success
Pinchuk founded the Interpipe Company in 1990, which became a major producer of steel pipes and railway wheels. He later established EastOne Group LLC, an international investment advisory company. Pinchuk's business ventures expanded, including media assets and other investments.

Pinchuk's key business strategy involved innovation in pipe design and production, leading to the success of Interpipe. He also focused on diversification through EastOne Group, investing in various sectors.
