Early Life and Family
Tanya Saadé Zeenny was born into the Saadé family, the founders of CMA CGM. Her father, Jacques Saadé, established the company in Marseille, France, in 1978. She shares control of CMA CGM with her siblings, Rodolphe Saadé and Jacques Saadé Jr., and her mother Naila.
Rise to Success
Tanya graduated from the American Business School of Paris. She joined the CMA CGM Group in 1995, where she established the Corporate Communications department. Throughout her career, she advanced to hold several key positions, including Vice President of the CMA CGM Foundation, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Group Secretary General. In 2014, she was appointed as Executive Officer, a role in which she oversees brand image, institutional relations, corporate social and environmental responsibility, and administration.

Tanya is involved in the strategic direction and operations of the CMA CGM Group, a global leader in shipping and logistics. She is focused on supporting strategic projects across maritime, logistics, and innovation. She has also been instrumental in establishing and overseeing the company's CSR efforts.
Philanthropy
Since 2019, Tanya Saadé Zeenny has chaired the CMA CGM Foundation, which provides humanitarian aid during crises and supports education. The CMA CGM Foundation supports various initiatives, including providing humanitarian aid to 100 countries, supporting over 550 educational projects, and assisting entrepreneurs through its social incubator, Le Phare. The Foundation has transported 100,000 tons of humanitarian aid and supports education through various initiatives.
