Early Life
Tang Xiuguo was born in 1963. He graduated from Central South University in 1983 with a degree in metallic materials. Following graduation, he started his career at Hongyuan Machinery Factory.
Rise to Success
Tang Xiuguo is one of the four founders of Sany Group, a major player in the construction equipment industry. He has been a director and president of Sany Group since 2002. Tang was appointed as the new rotating chairman of Sany Group from May 16, 2025, to May 15, 2026. He has been recognized with the National May Day Labor Medal in 2023 and the title of “Model worker of Hunan Province”.
