Key Business Strategies
Chava started with R&D, which is a risky bet for pharmaceutical entrepreneurs. He focused on developing formulations for medicines and licensed them to other pharmaceutical players. Laurus Labs' focus areas include active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), generic formulations, custom synthesis (CDMO), biotechnology, veterinary APIs and agrochemicals. Laurus Labs is known for its knowledge and expertise as much as it is known for its growth and profitability.
