Early Life
Satyanarayan Nandlal Nuwal was born in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, into a middle-class family. His father was a government accountant. Financial constraints led him to leave school after the 10th grade. He married at 19. His early business ventures, including an ink manufacturing unit, were unsuccessful.
Rise to Success
Nuwal's determination led him to the explosives industry. He started trading and later manufacturing explosives. In 1995, he founded Solar Industries India Limited in Nagpur. Under his leadership, the company has grown significantly, becoming a leading manufacturer of industrial explosives and initiating systems. Solar Industries gets a significant portion of its revenue from exports, followed by the defense sector and infrastructure projects.
