Early Life
Roman Viktorovich Trotsenko was born in Moscow on September 12, 1970, into a family of doctors. From a young age, he showed a keen interest in languages and international relations. He studied Japanese economy at the Institute of Asian and African Countries at Moscow State University.
Rise to Success
Trotsenko's career began in 1991 when he became director of finance for the International Medical Exchange. By the age of 22, he had already earned his first million rubles. He founded Platinum Bank in 1994, but the venture was unsuccessful. In 2007, he created Aeon Corporation. From 2009 to 2012, he served as the president of OSJC United Shipbuilding Corporation. In 2021, Trotsenko founded Arctic Energy Group LLC.
