Early Life
Pier Silvio Berlusconi was born in Milan, Italy, on April 28, 1969. He is the second child of Silvio Berlusconi and his first wife, Carla Elvira Lucia Dall'Oglio. He has an older sister, Marina Berlusconi, and three younger half-siblings from his father's second marriage. He attended a classical high school in Milan and briefly studied philosophy at the University of Milan.
Rise to Success
Berlusconi's professional journey began in 1992 at Publitalia, the advertising arm of the Fininvest Group. He quickly advanced within the Mediaset networks, taking charge of program scheduling and coordination in 1996. In 1999, he became the Deputy General Director of Content at RTI, overseeing television operations. He has been the CEO of MediaForEurope (MFE) since 2015, after years of experience in his father's media businesses. Pier Silvio is also on the board of directors of the family investment company, Fininvest, and the family also owns the publisher Mondadori and Italian bank Banca Mediolanum.
