Paul C. Saville was born in 1956. Not much is publicly available about his early life and childhood. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary in 1977, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh.
Rise to Success
Saville's professional journey began at Rockwell International after receiving his MBA. He joined Ryan Homes, later becoming a subsidiary of NVR, in 1989, where he held several financial positions. His financial and strategic planning experience led to his progression within the company. He became Vice President of Business Planning, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. In 2005, Saville was appointed as President and CEO of NVR.

As CEO, Saville led NVR, one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., with a revenue of $10.3 billion. NVR operates under the brands Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes.
