Patrick Zalupski was born in suburban Detroit on November 29, 1980. His family moved frequently during his childhood. He graduated from Stetson University with a degree in finance.
Rise to Success
Zalupski began his career in real estate after working for FedEx. He flipped his first property in 2004. In 2008, he co-founded Dream Finders Homes, focusing on first-time homebuyers and move-up buyers. Dream Finders Homes went public in January 2021.
