Pamela began her career at Mars, Incorporated in 1986, starting as an operations supervisor. She gained hands-on experience in manufacturing, rising to roles such as plant director manager and manufacturing director in Mars Australia. In 2001, she became a member of the board of directors and later served as the Chairman of the Board from 2004 to 2008.
