Early Life
Mike Repole was born on January 21, 1969, in Middle Village, Queens, New York City, to Italian immigrant parents. He attended St. Margaret's Elementary and Holy Cross High School. He was the first in his family to attend college, graduating from St. John's University in 1991 with a degree in Sports Administration.
Rise to Success
Repole began his career at Mistic Beverages and later became the Vice President of Sales at Crystal Geyser Water Company. In 1999, he co-founded Energy Brands (Glaceau) with J. Darius Bikoff, which produced Smartwater and Vitaminwater. The company saw rapid growth, achieving over $1 billion in sales by 2007, leading to its acquisition by Coca-Cola for $4.1 billion. In 2011, Repole co-founded BodyArmor SuperDrink with Lance Collins.

Repole attributes his success to a strong work ethic, stating he worked long hours for many years. He prioritizes "attitude over skills" in hiring, looking for individuals who learn from setbacks. BodyArmor secured investments from figures like Kobe Bryant, contributing to its growth. Coca-Cola acquired the remaining stake in BodyArmor for $5.6 billion in 2021. In 2023, Repole took a majority stake in the athletic footwear and apparel brand NoBull.

Repole established the Nonna's Garden Foundation in 2006, which focuses on health, education, and faith.
