Michael Andlauer was born in Toulouse, France, in 1966 and was raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He later attended York University in Toronto but left to pursue business opportunities. His early career involved working with McCain Foods, which provided the foundation for his entrepreneurial ventures.

Andlauer's career took off when he founded Andlauer Transportation Services in 1991, delivering pharmaceutical products. This company, now known as ATS Healthcare, grew to be a leading health transportation company in Canada. In 1994, he launched Accuristix, a healthcare logistics firm, and Bulldog Capital Partners, a private equity firm. He founded Andlauer Management Group (AMG) in 1994 to manage transportation and logistics companies focused on healthcare.
Key Business Strategies
A key strategy for Andlauer has been the consolidation and integration of healthcare supply chain companies, particularly through Andlauer Healthcare Group, founded in 2019. This group streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency. He expanded his business acumen by founding Bulldog Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and investing in sports, including the Montreal Canadiens and the Ottawa Senators.
