Villar's business career began with a seafood delivery service. He later entered the real estate industry, founding C&P Homes, which evolved into Camella Homes in 1977. This venture provided affordable housing for many Filipino families. Villar expanded his business and launched Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., a diversified real estate company. The company became one of the largest property developers in the Philippines.
