Lynsi Lavelle Snyder-Ellingson was born on May 5, 1982, in San Dimas, California. She is the only child of Lynda and H. Guy Snyder. Her early life was marked by her parents' separation when she was 12 years old. She graduated from Shingletown Christian Academy and attended Citrus College.
Rise to Success
Lynsi's connection to In-N-Out Burger stems from her grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder, who founded the company in 1948. She began working at the company in various roles, gaining experience across different departments. After the deaths of her father and uncle, she inherited the family business at a young age. She took on the role of president in 2010, and she became the sole owner of In-N-Out Burger in 2017 on her 35th birthday.

Under Lynsi Snyder's leadership, In-N-Out has focused on maintaining its commitment to quality, fresh ingredients, and a simple menu.
