Early Life
Lyndal Stephens Greth was born on October 12, 1974, in Midland, Texas. She is the daughter of Autry Stephens, the founder of Endeavor Energy Resources. She has a strong educational background, holding a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University.
Rise to Success
Greth initially pursued a career in law. However, she later joined Endeavor Energy Resources, contributing her legal and strategic expertise to the business. In 2013, she became a member of the Board of Managers, working closely with her father on company strategy. After Autry Stephens passed away in August 2024, Greth assumed the role of Chairwoman.
Key Business Strategies
Under Greth's leadership, Endeavor Energy Resources was sold to Diamondback Energy for approximately $26 billion in stock and cash in September 2024. At the time of the sale, Endeavor produced around 327,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day and held over 500,000 acres of drilling rights in Texas.
