Early Life
Liang Xinjun was born in 1968 in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. He displayed an early interest in business and entrepreneurship. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fudan University in 1991.
Rise to Success
In 1992, Liang co-founded Fosun International with Guo Guangchang. Under Liang's leadership as Vice Chairman and CEO, Fosun grew into a global investment conglomerate with a diverse portfolio. He played a key role in Fosun's investments in various industries, including healthcare, finance, real estate, and tourism. Liang earned an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2007 and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 2015. He resigned from Fosun in 2017, citing health reasons, and now runs his family office, XIN Family, in Singapore.
