Leonid Radvinsky was born in Odesa, Ukraine, in 1982. His family emigrated to Chicago when he was a child. He graduated from Northwestern University in 2002 with a degree in economics.
Rise to Success
Radvinsky began his entrepreneurial journey in the late 1990s, founding Cybertania Inc. in 1999, a website referral business. In the mid-2000s, he founded MyFreeCams, an adult streaming website. His pivotal move came in 2018 when he acquired a 75% stake in OnlyFans' parent company, Fenix International Ltd.. This acquisition transformed OnlyFans into a global platform for user-generated content.

Radvinsky's strategy centered on a frictionless payment system, global accessibility, and empowering creators with a high revenue share. Under his leadership, OnlyFans has achieved remarkable growth. In 2024, the platform processed $7.2 billion in payments, with revenues of $1.4 billion. The platform’s success is also attributed to a lean structure and the elimination of middle-management roles. OnlyFans has 42 full-time employees.
Philanthropy
