Early Life
Leonid Boguslavsky was born on June 17, 1951, in Moscow, USSR. He excelled academically from a young age, winning mathematics and science competitions. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Transport Engineering (MIIT) in 1973 with a degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics.
Rise to Success
Boguslavsky began his career with scientific research at the Institute of Control Sciences of the USSR Academy of Sciences. In 1989, he entered the business world in a joint venture. In 1990, he founded LVS, a systems integration business and became a senior partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In 2000, he co-founded ru-Net Holdings Limited, which later became RTP Global, and invested in major internet companies, navigating the dot-com crisis and expanding globally. His early investments in companies like Yandex proved highly successful.

Through RTP Global, he has focused on sectors like AI, fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce.
