Early Life
Konstantin Sixt was born in Munich, Germany, in 1982. He grew up with his older brother Alexander, the sons of Regine and Erich Sixt. His grandfather, Martin Sixt, founded the car rental company in 1912. Konstantin pursued higher education in Geneva, Paris, and London, earning an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from City University (CASS Business School).
Rise to Success
Konstantin Sixt joined the family business, Sixt SE, in February 2005. Initially, he was responsible for the company's entire online business. By 2013, he had advanced to Head of German Sales at SIXT Autovermietung. In February 2015, he was appointed to the company's Management Board, taking on responsibility for national and international sales as well as the Group's global e-commerce business. In 2020, he also took on responsibility for revenue management. On June 17, 2021, Konstantin, along with his brother Alexander, was appointed Co-Chairman of the Management Board of Sixt SE, jointly responsible for the overall management and business policies of the company.

Under Konstantin Sixt's leadership, Sixt SE has focused on strategic continuity, international growth, and digitalization. Sixt has expanded its services to include car rental, car sharing, ride-hailing, and subscription services. The company has also developed a mobile app to integrate its various mobility services. Sixt SE has also expanded its presence in the U.S. market, with over 100 locations.
Philanthropy
Konstantin Sixt supports the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation DRYING LITTLE TEARS, which supports children's aid projects worldwide in the areas of education, health, welfare, and emergency aid.
