Early Life and Education
Kalen Jackson was born Kalen Irsay on July 6, 1987, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is the youngest of Jim Irsay's three daughters and grew up immersed in the world of the Indianapolis Colts. Her early life revolved around the NFL schedule, instilling a deep passion for the sport and the team. Jackson graduated with honors from Indiana University Bloomington in 2010, earning a bachelor's degree in sports management and marketing. During her time at IU, she met her husband, Boyd Jackson.
Rise to Success
Jackson's professional journey began with the Indianapolis Colts in 2010. Initially joining the organization as a vice chair and co-owner, she represents the next generation of Colts ownership alongside her sisters, Carlie Irsay-Gordon and Casey Foyt. Over the years, Jackson's role in the Colts organization has grown significantly. Following her father's death in May 2025, she assumed the titles of owner and chief brand officer, as well as president of the Indianapolis Colts Foundation. In this capacity, Jackson oversees various functions, including coordinating the Irsay family's community and philanthropic efforts.

A central focus of Jackson's work has been the Colts' philanthropic initiatives, particularly the 'Kicking the Stigma' campaign.
