Under his leadership, Providence Equity Partners has invested in over 170 companies globally, becoming a leading firm in media, communications, education, and technology investments. He was dubbed the "stealth mogul" by The New York Times for keeping a low profile despite his firm's substantial media holdings.

Providence Equity Partners focuses on growth-oriented media, communications, education, and technology companies across North America and Europe. The firm partners with companies at various stages of development, from growth capital and complex recapitalizations of family-owned businesses to large buyouts.
