Jenny Lindén Urnes was born on March 29, 1971. She is the daughter of Ulf G. Lindén, who built up a private stake in Höganäs AB and took it private in 1987. She studied art history at Heythrop College at the University of London, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in philosophy in 1995.
Rise to Success
Her career started in 1994 when she joined the board of ColArt. In 2006, she succeeded her father as the chair and CEO of AB Wilh. Becker. She inherited Lindéngruppen from her father in 2009, making her the chair and owner. Under her command, in 2013, Lindéngruppen, together with a foundation linked to the Wallenberg family, took Höganäs AB private once again. She has lived in the United Kingdom and the United States before returning to Sweden in 2008. She is also involved with the Färgfabriken Foundation.
