Early Life
Jane Lauder Warsh was born in 1973, the daughter of Jo Carole Lauder and Ronald Lauder, and granddaughter of Estée Lauder and Joseph Lauder, the founders of The Estée Lauder Companies. She attended the Chapin School and went on to graduate from Stanford University with a B.A. in History. Growing up, Jane was surrounded by the beauty industry, learning the values of hard work and innovation.
Rise to Success
Jane joined The Estée Lauder Companies in 1996. Over the years, she has held various leadership positions, demonstrating her expertise and passion for the business. In 2013, she was promoted to Global President and General Manager of Origins, Darphin, and Ojon brands. She has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Data Officer, overseeing enterprise-wide innovation strategies, including AI and groundbreaking technology tools. Since 2009, Jane has been a member of Estée Lauder's board of directors. In 2018, she joined the board of Eventbrite, the ticketing and event technology company.
