Early Life and Education
Jan-Hendrik Goldbeck was born in Bielefeld, Germany, in 1976. He studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and Lausanne, completing his thesis on real estate in Munich.
Rise to Success
After starting his career at IVG Immobilien as a trainee and later as an assistant to the board, Goldbeck joined Goldbeck GmbH in 2005. He initially gained operational experience as a construction manager. Later, as a project manager, he was involved in the construction of the Nokia plant in Romania. In 2008, Goldbeck became part of the management of Goldbeck GmbH in Bielefeld. He currently serves as Co-CEO, driving the company's international business, the Goldbeck Services division, and the digitization and technological advancements within the company.
