Early Life and Education
Fiona Geminder, born Fiona Pratt, is the daughter of the late Richard Pratt, a prominent industrialist, and Jeanne Pratt. She has two siblings, Anthony Pratt and Heloise Waislitz, both also billionaires. Geminder graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University in 1985 and later completed a law degree at the same university in 2008.
Rise to Success
Geminder's career began in marketing and advertising, working with leading international agencies in New York and London. She returned to Australia in 1993 and co-managed Visy's recycling enterprise with her husband, Raphael Geminder. In 2000, the Geminders transitioned to Visy's plastics division, where they played a key role in building and subsequently floating Pact Group on the stock exchange. She has been a director of the Kin Group of companies since 2017.

Geminder has been involved with Visy Industries and Pact Group Holdings. The family has a recycling and paper packaging business with its headquarters in Melbourne which goes by the name Visy.
