Early Life
Eduardo Francisco Costantini was born on September 17, 1946, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He comes from a prominent family. Costantini has seven children. He studied economics at Universidad Católica Argentina and earned a master's degree in quantitative economics from the University of East Anglia in England.
Rise to Success
Costantini began his career in finance. He later founded Consultatio Asset Management in 1991, focusing on investment funds in Latin America. That same year, he established Consultatio SA, specializing in large real estate projects. One of his most notable achievements is the development of Nordelta, the largest real estate venture in Argentina, in 1999.

Consultatio has developed properties, including the gated community of Nordelta. Costantini also expanded into Miami, building apartments under the Oceana name. His company, Consultatio SA, is involved in urban projects across Argentina, Uruguay, and the United States.
Philanthropy
Costantini is also known for his philanthropy, founding the Eduardo F. Costantini Foundation in 1995 to promote cultural and educational activities. In 2001, he founded the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA).
