Rise to Success
Cheng Lili's career focused on the poultry breeding business. After an early setback where many of her chickens died in a flood, she persevered and built her fortune with the "Snow Mountain" brand of chicken. Her company, Jiangsu Lihua Animal Husbandry, debuted on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in February 2019, after raising $171 million in an IPO. As of 2019, her 48% stake in the company was worth $1.2 billion. Lihua is headquartered in Changzhou, China.
