Bryan Glazer was born on October 27, 1964, in Rochester, New York. He is the son of Linda and Malcolm Glazer. He received a bachelor's degree in broadcast communications from American University in 1986. He later earned a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law in 1989.

Glazer's career is primarily associated with the family's sports holdings. He is the co-chairman and owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to the team's success. Under Glazer family ownership, the Buccaneers have won two Super Bowl titles (XXXVII and LV). Additionally, he serves on the board of directors of Manchester United. In 2023, the Glazer family sold a quarter of their 68% stake in Manchester United to British chemicals billionaire Jim Ratcliffe.
