Early Life
Bris Rocher was born on October 12, 1978, in L'Isle-Adam, France. He is the grandson of Yves Rocher, the founder of the eponymous cosmetics company. Bris initially had aspirations to be a jazz guitarist. After spending time in the United States studying finance at Arthur Andersen, he returned to the family business.
Rise to Success
Bris Rocher joined Groupe Rocher in 2002, taking on roles of increasing responsibility. He became Vice-Chairman in 2003 and was appointed CEO in 2006. He played a key role in the international expansion and strategic development of the company. He consolidated the family's control by purchasing shares from Sanofi in 2012. He remained Chairman of the Board after delegating the CEO position in July 2023.

Under Bris Rocher's leadership, Groupe Rocher expanded its portfolio of brands and global presence, including the adoption of the mission-driven company status in 2019.
