Bahaa El-Dine Rafic Al-Hariri was born on April 26, 1966, in Saudi Arabia. He is the eldest son of the late Lebanese Prime Minister Rafic Hariri. He spent his early years in Saudi Arabia.
Rise to Success
Bahaa Hariri graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts/Science and later earned a Master of Business Administration from the same institution. He initially worked for his family's construction business, Saudi Oger Ltd. However, Bahaa later founded the Horizon Group in 2002, a real estate holding company with investments in Lebanon, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. He is also the majority owner of Globe Express Services, a logistics company operating in over 100 countries.
