Early Life and Education
Ankur Jain was born in Bellevue, Washington, in 1990, and spent his formative years in the Seattle metropolitan area. His parents, Anu and Naveen Jain, are both entrepreneurs in the technology industry. Jain attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a degree in economics.
Rise to Success
Jain's career began with the founding of the Kairos Society in 2008, an incubator for young entrepreneurs. Later, he founded Humin, which was acquired by Tinder, where he served as VP of Product. In 2021, Jain founded Bilt Rewards, a fintech company that allows renters to earn rewards on rent payments. Bilt Rewards has quickly gained prominence and achieved a valuation of $10.75 billion as of July 2025.
