Anita Zucker, born Anita Goldberg, was born in either 1951 or 1952 to Holocaust survivors Rose and Carl Goldberg. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Florida in 1972 and a Master of Education in educational administration and supervision from the University of North Florida in 1978.
Rise to Success
Anita Zucker's career began as an elementary school teacher for ten years. In 1982, she began working with The InterTech Group, which her husband, Jerry Zucker, founded. She became the Chairperson and CEO of The InterTech Group following her husband's death in 2008. She has been recognized as the only billionaire in South Carolina.
