Andy Mills was born in 1961 and is a U.S. citizen. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Rise to Success
Mills began his career at Medline as a sales representative in 1986. He quickly ascended the ranks, managing Medline's marketing department from 1993 to 1996 and later became president in 1997, a position he held until 2023. During his tenure as president, Medline experienced substantial growth. Mills also served as the Chief Executive Officer and General Partner of Council Ring Capital, LLC, since 2021.

Under Mills's leadership, Medline focused on providing essential medical supplies, including masks, sanitizers, and surgical gowns, to hospitals and medical facilities.
