Early Life
Andrei Vladimirovich Skoch was born on January 30, 1966, in the Moscow region. He served in the Soviet Army in 1984. He studied at the Institute of Physical Culture and Moscow State University for Humanities. Skoch began his career in the late 1980s by starting a bakery.

Skoch's career progressed through various ventures, including selling computer components and owning fuel distribution companies. In 1995, he joined the investment company "Interfin" and later became a partner in the Metalloinvest conglomerate. He has been a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation since 1999.
