Aleksandr Vladimirovich Frolov was born on May 17, 1964, in Tula, Russia. He graduated with honors from the Department of Molecular and Chemical Physics of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1987. He furthered his education at the same institute, earning a Ph.D. in physics and mathematics in 1991.
Rise to Success
