He then held key positions such as Vice President Director at DBS Securities Indonesia (1992-1995), and Managing Director at Danareksa (1995-2001). Agoes served as the founding CEO of PT Ithaca Resources. He is the President Commissioner of Amman Mineral Internasional. The company went public in July 2023, raising $710 million. He has a minority stake in the company, as well as in Medco Energi Internasional and Bumi Resources.
