Abhay Firodia was born into a prominent industrialist family. He completed his schooling at Scindia School, Gwalior and earned a BE (Hons.) in Economics from Fergusson College, Pune. Rise to Success
Firodia joined Force Motors, formerly known as Bajaj Tempo, in 1975. Under his leadership, the company evolved from a niche player to a significant force in the Indian automotive landscape, especially in commercial and utility vehicles. He spearheaded the launch and expansion of the company. Force Motors manufactures engines for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Rolls-Royce.

Key to his strategy was the diversification of Force Motors' product portfolio and investments in new technologies, including the launch of a new electric vehicle line.
