Early Life and Education
Sanjit Biswas was born in 1982. He graduated from Lynbrook High School in San Jose, California, in 1998. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Rise to Success
Biswas co-founded Meraki in 2006 with fellow MIT graduates. Meraki was a cloud-managed networking company that was later acquired by Cisco in 2012 for $1.2 billion. Under Biswas's leadership, Meraki saw substantial growth. In 2015, Biswas co-founded Samsara with John Bicket, focusing on IoT solutions for industrial and transportation applications.
